Hola, I’m Delicia! As a First-Gen Latina I know how tough it is to apply to colleges, go through undergrad, and navigate the job application process. Jersey Girl Through and Through! I love bagels, pizza, and empanadas. Oh and I can’t forget Iced Coffee. This keeps me fueled! My family is from Paraguay, South America. I love to Travel, Learn new Languages, and Education. I graduated from Fairfield University in 2014 with a BA in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in educational studies. I did Teach For America and taught High School Spanish, then transitioned to Higher Education Lived in Brazil as a Fulbright Scholar and now pivoting again to online educator/entrepreneur. I am here to empower you to harness your inner genius! I specialize in Academic and Career Coaching for young adults who want to build their skills to stand-out in the college application process, job market, and build confidence in life and your career! Part of my work is also in diversity and inclusion. Providing workshops and training on racial justice work and multicultural competency for entrepreneurs, businesses, and higher education institutions.
